Cultivating Nature, Every Day

Cultivating Nature, Every Day Our main estate spans approximately one hectare of land surrounding the farmhouse. Here, you will find our farm shop alongside our specialized honey extraction lab and educational workshops. One of our most cherished activities is hosting educational tours focused on the fascinating world of bees, specially designed for children.

The surrounding fields are dedicated to growing fruits, while just across the village of Molveno, our stable is home to goats, rabbits, and chickens. Nearby, we also cultivate potatoes and seasonal vegetables, ensuring a true farm-to-table supply for our restaurant.

Beekeeping remains the crown jewel of our farm. We tend to approximately 80 hives, practicing nomadic beekeeping by moving them throughout Trentino to follow the seasonal blooms. While the Molveno area is perfect for producing Mountain Wildflower and Fir honey, our journey begins in May in the Adige Valley for Acacia. We then move to Valsugana and the Cembra Valley for Linden and Chestnut. To harvest our rare Rhododendron honey, we climb even higher into the Mocheni Valley. We raise the Carniolan honey bee (Apis mellifera carnica), a subspecies renowned for its hardiness and ability to thrive during our long alpine winters. Our selection includes Acacia, Linden, Chestnut, Wildflower, and Rhododendron honeys, alongside other natural treasures from the hive such as pollen, propolis, and beeswax.
